Eat Fit Go Announces New Investors, Executive Leadership, and Growth Plans

Panorama, a private equity firm, has led a growth equity investment in Eat Fit Go, to continue building on the Company’s important mission.

Eat Fit Go’s mission is to empower people to live healthier lives by enabling convenient access to premium, restaurant-quality meals made from fresh and healthy whole foods.

Along with this investment, Mr. Brock Hubert has been appointed CEO. Mr. Hubert has been with Eat Fit Go since its development phase and will lead a partnership-driven expansion phase, focused on forming commercial partnerships to significantly expand our customer reach.

Mr. Hubert will work closely with Mr. Matthew Travers on developing our partnerships, building on the over 5 Million healthy meals produced since 2015 and our excellent retail wellness hubs located in the Midwest.

Mr. Hubert commented: “At Eat Fit Go, we believe that the importance of increasing convenient access to healthy, great tasting meals is paramount, given the troubling health trends in the US.”

  • Over 40% of Americans are obese – yet a key challenge to tackling this trend, is the lack of healthy, convenient and great-tasting meals for busy people and families (NCHS)

  • 45% of consumers are “very interested” in learning more about foods that have health benefits (IFIC, 2013)

  • However, 43% of Americans agree living a modern lifestyle makes it difficult to be healthy (Mintel, Healthy Lifestyles US 2015)

Eat Fit Go Chairman and investor, Stephen George, noted that “in our modern society, women and men lead busy professional and family lives, which makes eating healthy a real challenge. Yet, healthy eating is perhaps the most important element to leading a healthy and happy life. Eat Fit Go aims to play a key role in enabling our busy customers to lead healthier lifestyles.”

Eat Fit Go currently has over 15 retail wellness hubs across 5 states –and are building exciting commercial partnerships to expand customer reach. Our wellness hubs will offer our healthy meals, supplements, and a range of wellness snacks including collagen protein bars and other unique products.

Our commercial partnerships will include direct-to-consumer delivery, partnerships with companies that want to promote health and wellness to their customers and employees, health clubs, health care systems, weight loss companies, coffee shops, and airports, among others.

Along with our unique retail wellness hubs, which also offer consultative dietary services to customers, our commercial partnerships will complement Eat Fit Go’s ability to bring our great health and wellness products to even more customers.
